Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY – LYREUN

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing may take longer during peak periods, holidays, or high demand
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

2. SHIPPING METHOD

We offer standard shipping for all orders.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time begins after shipment, not at purchase.

Typical delivery timeframe:

  • 7–15 business days (international)

However, delivery may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • External factors beyond our control

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

By ordering, you agree that:

  • International shipments may be delayed due to customs
  • Delivery timelines are not fully within our control

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A tracking number (where available)

⚠️ Tracking may not be available for certain destinations.
In such cases, proof of shipment will be provided.

Tracking information will only be provided for when the customer provides an email.


6. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

⚠️ Orders are considered lost only after 60 days from shipment.

After 60 days, you may be eligible for:

  • A reshipment OR
  • A refund

This will be decided by Lyreun after review.


7. TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

  • Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional import costs

8. ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

You must ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries caused by customer error
  • Lost or returned packages due to incorrect details

If a package is returned:

  • Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer

9. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once the carrier marks the order as delivered, Lyreun is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery to incorrect locations

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

11. SIZE DISCLAIMER

Some products may use Asian sizing converted to EU sizing.

Small variations may occur.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.

  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier issues
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items after shipment
